Scope of Experience
As Controller, Ms. Singh is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of a portfolio of the Company’s assets and managed properties. She is integral in the development and implementation of core systems and processes for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.
Her responsibilities include achieving accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, staff supervision, managerial duties, preparing and completing action plans, forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, monitoring revenue and expenses, and establishing internal controls.
Background & Experience
Ms. Singh joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in 2025. Bringing nearly 20 years of commercial real estate accounting expertise, Ms. Singh has served in various senior accounting management rolls for such prestigious firms as Related Companies, The Kolter Group, and CBRE. At the height of her career Ms. Singh was responsible for the accounting of nearly 1,000,000 million square feet of commercial property and managed a team of three.
Education
Ms. Singh holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, St. Paul, MN.
Ms. Singh is proficient in multiple software systems including JDE, MRI, Yardi, and Microsoft Office. With experience in full-cycle accounting, financial system analysis, and GAAP.
