Background & Experience

Carol Harp started with NAI Realvest in 2005, as an Assistant Property Manager. In 2014, she left to manage medical office buildings for REITs, first as a third-party manager, then for the REIT themselves.  In September 2020, she returned to Realvest as a Property Manager.

She has managed over 1 million sq ft in retail properties throughout Central Florida.

Carol is an RPA candidate with BOMA and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida.
