Scope of Experience

I have recently retired as the Managing Broker of our company and I am now working exclusively as a consultant to the company and as a Broker handling both commercial sales and leasing. Approximately 40% of our business is in commercial real estate, 40% residential and 20% Appraisals. I have 48-years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate markets both in sales and leasing. This experience has included commercial and residential property development projects as a consultant and participant.

Background & Experience

I have been a real estate broker in The Bahamas since 1969 handling both residential and commercial properties. I have extensive experience dealing with discriminating buyers and sellers and multinational corporations. I now specialize in negotiating sales and leasing of commercial properties.
